The Hai Phong City Administrative Center – A source of pride for the “City of Flame Flowers,” with the contribution of VAS Green Steel.
Located in a prime area in the western part of Hanoi, Lumi Hanoi is a prestigious development with an estimated total investment of over 1 billion Singapore dollars (equivalent to 18 trillion VND), covering a total land area of nearly 5.6 hectares.
Spanning the Cam River, Hoang Van Thu Bridge connects Minh Khai Ward (Hong Bang District) with Tan Duong Commune (Thuy Nguyen District). The bridge is designed in the shape of a seagull’s wings, with a total length of 1,570 meters (main span: 290 meters) and a width of 33.5 meters.
